Natalie's 2nd Birthday!

Happy Birthday Natalie! She is now 2 years old!

Natalie is 2 years old.
Here are her stats from her check up:
Stature 33.5 in. 48th percentile
Weight 27 lbs. 0 oz. 70th percentile

Here are three photos: blowing the candle out, eating the cake, and family around to celebrate. It was fun having family around to enjoy this special time together.

The opening of presents. I love Natalie's face in this fuzzy picture... it's fuzzy because I was laughing. She opened up the present from Grandma and Grandpa Murray and saw Olaf the snowman inside and made this amazed face. So cute!

This is Natalie's BIG smile. This means she had a very Happy Birthday! Thanks to all that came to share in the fun times. We can hardly believe Natalie is 2!

Some of Natalie's favorite things: She likes to dance, sing, smile, and give hugs. She likes Tinkerbell, Belle, and Spider Woman. She is starting to have big opinions on what she does and doesn't want to do. Everyone always comments on her beautiful blue eyes. I love how her hair curls in little ringlets at the bottom. She likes having cuddle time... especially when stalling to go to bed. She likes cake more than ice cream. She melts our hearts all the time with her sweet hugs and kisses. We love you Natalie!

Family Fun

We wanted to go up into the mountains to catch some of the fall colors before they were gone. We went up by Snowbasin Ski Resort. We found a fun trail to explore and had a wonderful time.

When the kids got tired of walking.. or the parents got tired of carrying we found a little meadow and sat down for a picnic. It was such a beautiful day to be outside and enjoy the Fall season! Natalie had fun throwing leaves as we walked. I thought it was pretty adorable.

A view of some sweeties and some mountains. What a fun time. I am so grateful for this beautiful earth that enriches our lives as we pay attention to all that is around us.

Jordan and Natalie wanted to help us make some pumpkin cookies. They got really into it! The were marvelous stirrers and taste testers.

For one of our Family Home Evenings we had a Halloween goodie that was what we call worms in dirt (aka) gummy worms and chocolate pudding. Not surprisingly it was a great hit. Thank you internet for your fun Halloween ideas.

Jordan is really into super heroes and because of that his little sis is too. One morning they both decided while still in their pajamas; to dress up in as super heroes using their favorite blankets as capes and putting on their masks. It was so adorable! I'm glad I have these brave super heroes to protect me from bad guys.

Since Natalie is an October birthday, I love to dress her up in orange and black this time of year. Isn't she such a cute little lady?

This is the cutest photo bomb I've ever seen.

Jordan wanted to be in the picture too. Our sweet kids. It is so fun to see them play together.

Here is a little sneak peak of what Halloween will entail. It looks like serious business. Watch out bad guys, because you're going down.

Pumpkin Patch

Over Conference weekend we also went to a pumpkin patch that Nick and Cambria knew about. It was close by and free. Can't beat that! We had fun walking around and choosing pumpkins.

We picked a variety of sizes and colors. After we had our pumpkins that kiddos wanted to swing on Nick and Cambria's friends swings in their back yard. These kids like to swing, especially Natalie.

After some lunch Nick and Preston got to work on pumpkin carving. Jordan picked the faces he wanted on the pumpkins. Both Jordan and Natalie were very excited to have pumpkins, as you can see by their expressions. It was very cute.

While the carving was going on Cam and I painted our nails in Halloween colors. Natalie wanted to join in the fun too. So for the first time ever in her life I painted her nails! She was actually so fascinated by the experience that she held still really well. She picked the color purple and was so excited to have toes painted just like us. Fun girl time together.

The guys also played some bocce ball in the yard. Jordan requested one of his favorites at the O'Neal house.. Jumping out of the tree. Don't worry, Dad is always there to catch him. Jordan isn't afraid of heights which makes me proud.

Here's our family funny face while at the pumpkin patch. We had a wonderful day with Uncle Nick and Aunt Cam. They are some of our favorite people in the entire world. Thanks for the good times and the great memories made!

Big Boy

It's official... Jordan is old enough to go to Preschool. He's grown up so fast! Plus he is more boy than ever. This above was the best picture I could get of him holding his "First day of Preschool" paper. What a silly.

Natalie wanted to be in the picture with Jordan, but neither could really hold still long enough to look at the camera.

Another BIG change... Jordan got his very own BIG BOY BED! He loves it!

Natalie wanted to cuddle in the bed with her bro. They had so much fun playing under the blankets and hiding from Mom and Dad. A fun detail about this bed is that it is the same bed that Preston had growing up. Our little boy is becoming a big boy. We can hardly believe it. It is so neat to watch and help him learn and progress. We love you Jordan!

Summer Wrap Up

This is the summer wrap up. Since we've moved to Utah it has been CRAZY busy... in lots of fun and good ways... but still CrAzY! But I am determined to write all of these wonderful memories down and get caught up. So here goes...

We went to the dinosaur museum in Ogden and had fun seeing dinosaur statues both inside and out. Along our walk we found a fun cave to hide out in.

Natalie found a puddle and had to stop and splash her hands in it. The kids favorite part of the museum was the dinosaur playground at the end. Not too surprising.

Hanging out in a big dinosaur bone on the playground.

I thought this was an adorable picture of Natalie standing next to her Daddy. So sweet.

We went camping with Jared and Shaylee in the Uintahs. It was a beautiful spot.

The kids loved trying to roast food over the fire, but their attention wavered after a minute or two. So Mom and Dad finished up the cooking. One of Natalie's times trying to cook her hot dog she accidentally slide it off of the roaster and into the fire. She was so confused about where it went.

Jordan and Natalie had fun finding sticks, rocks, and hanging out with Uncle Jared and Aunt Shaylee.

The kids where thrilled when they found out that Jared and Shaylee brought their dog! They had so much fun with her and fed her way too many hot dogs.

Lake Washington. A wonderful name and a wonderful sight.

The kids got to go fishing for the first time! Preston had a blast helping the kiddos fish. It was adorable to see the excitement of the kids and their Dad.

Some fun pictures of Jordan and Uncle Jared having some fishing bonding time.

Victory! Jordan was thrilled to be able to catch, reel a fish in, and hold it up for all to see. Way to go J Man!

Natalie likes doing whatever her brother is doing and so she wanted to try her hand at some fishing. With some help from Dad she caught a fish too. I love the smiles of accomplishment on their faces. So cute!

On our drive out we noticed a waterfall and stopped to check it out. Very pretty.
Thanks Jared and Shaylee for the fun times!

Cabin time again and with that means 4 wheeling time too. These kids love a good ride.

Exploring the great outdoors.

Jordan went for a ride with Grandpa. Red 4 wheeler, red shirts, helmets, and even some red licorice in Jordan's mouth. Just a funny thing to notice.

One of my friends, Michelle Williams from our BYU ward came to Utah to visit a bunch of folks. We were lucky enough to be one of them. Jordan and her some Tyler used to be buddies when they little babies. It was fun to see them play together now that they're older.

They both Tyler and Jordan like super heroes so they got along great. Natalie and Riley had fun playing together too.

When a Dad goes on the trampoline the fun goes up exponentially. These kids went crazy when Preston got on. He's a brave soul to take on 4 little kids.

Stories at bedtime. The kids enjoyed Preston reading to them.

Tyler, Jordan, Riley, and Natalie. I can't believe I was lucky enough to get a picture of them all sitting still for a second. What a bunch of cuties.

We finished off with a birthday party for Great Grandma Murray. She is such a sweet and kind lady. I'm so happy I have gotten to know her better over the years in joining the Murray family.

Webb Family Time

A great part about weddings is that it gets families together. Here are some of the fun Webb family times we had after Charlie and Melissa's wedding.

Here Jordan is having some fun play time with his cousins Grant and Collin.

In the room next door Natalie and cousin Claire are having fun too.

We went to a park and had fun playing on toys, throwing the Frisbee, eating pizza, and just visiting.

This was the day that we shared with the fam that we are expecting baby #3! The Webb family is growing through marriage and more grand kids. I love my family and am so glad we could be together this August.
